this is the main InstallShield (win 32) application
for the epiowave V2 suite. a small interaction
project which presented its own unique challenges
due mainly to time, cost and size.
what does it do?
this small application
guides the user through the installation process,
it allows for two seperate types of servers to installed
or both at once.
the brief
design a smooth and
reliable installation process for the epiowave V.2.0
development suite. taking into account every eventuality,
the user cannot find a dead-end in the process.
the solution
the solution is a simple
and reliable process. the design of the dialogue
panels is crisp and clean in presentation. also
the use of small banner adverts was incorporated,
while the system is loading the user is given information
about other relevant products and services.
